Being a volunteer with us means joining a large but tight-knit community of enthusiastic teachers. We support each other, exchange experience and learn together. Our volunteers can always get help from our psychologist and education counselors specialized in the most popular subjects.

Focus Courses
BRIDGING GAPS, BUILDING RESILIENCE
We run short, structured courses that focus on the our student's most requested subjects:
As a volunteer teacher, you can either take one of our ready-made programs or design your own course in your field of expertise.

Pet Courses

Pet Courses are perfect for innovative teachers and course creators who want to experiment with ways of learning.
You might teach German through clay modeling or lead a molecular workshop in English.

This format gives you an opportunity to try new teaching methods, and see how your ideas directly impact students.
Pet Courses encourage hands-on learning, collaboration, and creativity, helping students explore topics beyond the standard curriculum while building confidence and skills.

Join our Homework Club: kids work on their school tasks in a group, and volunteers jump in to explain tricky parts or co-host with the teacher.
Be a Buddy or Language Partner: have friendly conversations that help Ukrainian students practice the local language, explore everyday culture, and feel more at home.
These small, flexible ways of helping may look simple — but for a child finding their way in a new school and a new country, they can mean the world.

Career and Volunteer Opportunities
Since 2022, 768 volunteers have registered with our project, many of whom have supported our mission and assisted our students for months and even years. We are deeply grateful to all our supporters and allies.
